All orders are subject to availability.

• Ready-made Abayas: Can be ordered online and shipped according to the delivery policy.

• Custom-made Abayas: Designed according to your specifications. Once production begins, these orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

5. Pricing and Payments

Prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Giovane Design reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment methods may include cash on delivery, bank transfer, or approved online payment gateways.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is available across the UAE and internationally. Giovane Design is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or third-party services. Delivery terms are detailed in our Delivery Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed guidelines regarding exchanges, returns, and refunds. Custom-made Abayas are non-refundable.
