Giovane Design operates in the United Arab Emirates and specializes in ready-made and custom-made Abayas. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make a purchase.

2. Product Information

We strive to display our Abayas as accurately as possible through photos and descriptions. However, slight variations in color, embroidery, or fabric texture may occur due to screen differences or handcrafting.

3. Orders and Custom-Made Items

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
For custom-made Abayas, once your order details are confirmed, we begin tailoring based on your provided measurements and design preferences. Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed are in AED (UAE Dirhams) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Giovane Design reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash on delivery, or approved online payment methods where available.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across the UAE and offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary depending on location and product type.
Custom-made Abayas may require additional time for production before shipment. Giovane Design is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, custom-made Abayas are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Ready-made Abayas may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. We collect only the necessary personal information to process and deliver your orders. Giovane Design does not share your personal data with third parties except for delivery purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, designs, and text on Giovane Design platforms, are the property of Giovane Design and may not be copied or used without prior written consent.
