We deliver across the United Arab Emirates, including all major cities. International shipping is available to select countries — delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination.

Ready-Made Abayas: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom-Made Abayas: Each custom Abaya is crafted according to your measurements and design preferences. Production typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.
3. Shipping Methods
We use trusted courier services to ensure your Abaya arrives safely. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on the shipping method and location:

5. International Orders
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Giovane Design is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
